I'm Magdalena — a speaking and storytelling coach, communication trainer and facilitator. I bring together years of experience in education, facilitation and working across languages and cultures.

Being an expert and communicating your expertise are two different things.
People can have the knowledge, experience and technical expertise to do excellent work. But communicating ideas clearly to clients and stakeholders, and helping others understand why something matters, are different skills.
I design practical communication training and facilitation that help people make their expertise understood, share knowledge, collaborate and communicate with impact.
