What this policy covers

This policy applies to my 1:1 speaking coaching:

  • One-off Speaking Coaching — €110
  • Three-Session Coaching — €290
  • 12-Week Speaking Coaching Programme — €1,100

Share Your Story tickets have their own rule, explained below. Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have by law as a consumer.

14-day refund policy

You can cancel any coaching session or package within 14 calendar days of purchase and receive a full refund, provided your coaching hasn't started yet.

The refund is made using the original payment method, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of receiving your request.

If you'd like coaching to start within the 14 days

Under Spanish and EU consumer law, coaching is a service, and you have 14 days to change your mind. If you'd like your first session to take place within those 14 days, I'll ask you to confirm in writing — before the session — that you expressly request an early start.

  • If you then cancel within the 14 days, you pay only for the coaching already delivered, in proportion to the full service. The rest is refunded.
  • If, at your express request, the coaching is fully delivered within the 14 days — for example a one-off session — and you've acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once it's complete, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.

Once coaching has started

If you'd like to cancel after your coaching has begun, please write to me. I'll handle your request fairly, according to the sessions already delivered and your rights under applicable consumer protection law.

12-week speaking coaching programme

  • Payment is made before the first session, unless we agree otherwise.
  • You can reschedule up to three sessions during the programme.
  • Rescheduling needs at least 24 hours' notice.
  • With less than 24 hours' notice, we may agree on a replacement activity instead: three WhatsApp voice-message exchanges and individual coaching work.

Share Your Story tickets

Tickets for Share Your Story gatherings are non-refundable. Each gathering is a live event on a set date, so the 14-day withdrawal period doesn't apply (Article 103(l) of the Spanish consumer protection law, TRLGDCU).

If I cancel a gathering, you'll receive a full refund.

How to request a refund or cancel

Email me at info@magdalenakorzynietz.com with your name, the coaching option you bought and your date of purchase. A short, clear message is all that's needed — for example:

"I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following service: [coaching option], purchased on [date]. Name: [your name]. Date: [today's date]."
