Small Shifts. Big Transformations.

The stories we rarely tell

We celebrate big achievements, but rarely talk about the tiny changes that made them possible. A different morning routine. A new way of reacting. A small yes or a brave no.

This December, let's uncover the little moments behind our biggest transformations — and connect through the stories we don't usually share.

A playful, heartfelt online networking experience. No pitches. Just real stories and connections. ❤️

Find Your Why Story

We explored the stories behind why we do what we do — and discovered how much we can connect through the experiences that shaped us.

What you'll practise

Practice the hard part of speaking before you start connecting & selling.

  • Practise telling your why story.
  • Work on a clear and natural introduction.
  • Discover the story behind your professional title.
  • Find the stories people rarely hear, but should.
  • Practise sharing before you walk into networking conversations.
  • Meet other women through guided storytelling exercises and real conversations.

This isn't another masterclass where you are left alone with theory. The storytelling practice is the heart of it.

Who is this for?

Women who are entrepreneurs, professionals, creatives, curious minds.

You don't have to be a confident speaker.
You don't have to be an experienced storyteller.
You don't even have to know what you want to share.

Just bring your curiosity.
I'll take care of the rest.

Your most ordinary morning might inspire someone more than your CV ever will.

How it works

Every event follows three steps:

  1. I

    Show up

Come as you are. No perfect introduction, no pitch and no story to prepare.

  2. II

    EXPLORE & SHAPE YOUR STORY

I'll guide you through questions that help you discover stories you may not have thought about in years or have had hard time to share in a way people would connect with you and your brand.

  3. III

    PRACTICE & CONNECT.

We practice & listen, discovering what might be ordinary for you but inspiring for others. The best stories are shaped when others listen.

  4. IV

    You

You bring yourself. Just your curiosity. I'll take care of the rest.

Why I created it

Surrounded by interesting people… and still wondering how to connect?

Have you ever been to an event where you're surrounded by interesting people… but somehow you still end up wondering how to connect?

You introduce yourself.
Exchange job titles.
Ask the usual questions.

And sometimes leave without really getting to know anyone & your brand on hold again,

That's why I created  a monthly event.
One where you never can practice speaking about your brand and connect with other incredible women who might have also heard ÿou are too much¨, ¨get a real job¨, ¨stop dreaming¨.

I bring questions that open conversations and use stories that can connect people faster than a bottle of wine.

You don't have to prepare an introduction or worry about what to say. Regardles if English is your first or second language.

Every month, I'll bring a different storytelling theme.
I'll bring the questions.
I'll guide the conversations.
And I'll make sure you feel welcome and safe to connect.

You bring yourself.

Just stories that help us get to know the people behind their professional titles.

Why stories?

Because stories change how we see people.

When you hear what somebody has overcome, what once felt impossible to them or what changed their life, you see something you wouldn't discover from a job title.

You see the person.

And sometimes, somewhere in their story, you recognise a little bit of your own.

Meet your host

Hi, I'm Magdalena! ❤️

I'm a speaking and storytelling coach.

I've spent years helping people find confidence in their voices through storytelling, applied improvisation and real conversations.

And I noticed something.

Sometimes the most fascinating stories come from questions we would never normally ask at a networking event.

Instead of “How was this for you?”, I might ask:

“What seemed impossible at that time and is now an easy solution for you?”
“What was impossible ten years ago and is completely normal now?”

And suddenly we're not exchanging professional titles.
We're discovering each other.

Those are the conversations I love.
And that's why I created Share Your Story.

Because I wanted a space where curiosity comes before business cards.

And where nobody has to prove how impressive they are before someone takes an interest in them.
